Detailed Job Description:

A Techno-Functional OMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AutoZone''''''''''''''''s Order Management ecosystem.

The role will focus on enhancing and integrating Kibo OMS, Orderful, and Kibo Drop Ship capabilities, ensuring seamless end-to-end order orchestration and fulfillment processes across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional & System Ownership
Own and manage AutoZone OMS landscape (Kibo, Orderful, Drop Ship modules)
Document and enhance current OMS capabilities, workflows, and integrations
Define and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle scenarios (order capture, routing, fulfillment, drop ship)
Integration & Solutioning
Strong techno-functional expertise in Kibo OMS, Orderful (or similar EDI/integration platforms), and Drop Ship processes
Proven experience in system integration, API-based architectures, and enterprise application ecosystems
Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum
Experience in functional design, system documentation, and process modeling
Strong track record in gap analysis, solutioning, and end-to-end delivery execution

Must Have Skills:

OMS Functional Consultant
Kibo OMS, Orderful
Agile/Scrum
