Job Title: Enterprise Data & MDM Architect Informatica SaaS
Remote (20% Travel)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica IDMC / MDM SaaS Architect with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end cloud-native MDM architecture, SaaS modernization, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading MDM modernization and migration initiatives from on-prem platforms to Informatica IDMC/SaaS environments.
This role requires a technically strong and client-facing consultant who can independently lead architecture discussions, drive end-to-end implementations, manage delivery ownership, and collaborate effectively with onshore/offshore teams. The candidate should also act as a trusted advisor capable of identifying modernization opportunities and supporting technical consulting and upselling discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement enterprise-grade cloud-native MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC/SaaS platforms.
Lead MDM modernization and migration projects from Informatica MDM Hub, IBM MDM, or other on-prem platforms to Informatica SaaS/IDMC environments.
Design and implement Match/Merge rules, Survivorship strategies, Golden Record creation, Stewardship workflows, Hierarchy Management, and Business Entity Models.
Drive end-to-end SaaS transformation projects including architecture, implementation, deployment, stabilization, and production support.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define scalable MDM architecture and enterprise integration strategies.
Support Salesforce integrations and AI-driven modernization initiatives within Informatica ecosystems.
Provide technical leadership across onshore/offshore teams and own solutioning, delivery planning, escalation handling, and client communication.
Communicate project progress, delivery risks, production issues, and mitigation plans directly with client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC/SaaS platforms including MDM SaaS, C360, Reference 360, IDQ, and related cloud-native integration services.
Strong understanding of end-to-end cloud-native MDM architecture and enterprise SaaS transformation strategies.
Proven experience leading Informatica On-Prem to SaaS/IDMC migration and MDM modernization projects.
Hands-on implementation experience with Match/Merge, Survivorship, Golden Record Management, Stewardship workflows, Hierarchy Management, and Business Entity Models.
Experience independently leading end-to-end implementation projects rather than only governance or enterprise architecture oversight.
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, delivery ownership, and escalation management capabilities.
Ability to independently manage architecture discussions, technical solutioning, offshore/onshore coordination, and production issue communication.
Strong understanding of modern integration, AI-enabled data management, and enterprise modernization trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating Informatica SaaS platforms with Salesforce and enterprise applications.
Exposure to AI-driven data management capabilities within Informatica IDMC/SaaS environments; experience with Informatica CLAIRE AI would be an advantage.
Prior consulting or solution architecture experience in enterprise MDM programs.
