Role Overview

As a Account Executive / BDR/SDR . Salesforce and Snowflake Client Partner at Kasmo Digital, you will own strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across Salesforce transformation programs. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Kasmo’s Plano, TX office, aligned to Central (CST) business hours.

You will act as the primary commercial owner for your accounts, working closely with Salesforce/snowflake field teams, Kasmo solution architects, and delivery leadership to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Kasmo technical and delivery teams to design outcome-driven Salesforce solutions /snowflake
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery with clear scope, success criteria, and accountability
• Participate in regular account reviews to monitor delivery performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in Salesforce, snowflake,cloud, or consulting services
• Proven success selling complex, services-led Salesforce solutions, snowflake to mid-market and enterprise clients
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple sales cycles and accounts simultaneously
• Ability to analyze financials, pricing models, and deal structures
• Ability to work onsite from Kasmo’s Plano, TX office
• Availability aligned to Central (CST) business hours
