Strong hands‑on experience owning and maintaining a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with clinical, pediatric, or healthcare stakeholders.
Proven experience translating complex business and workflow requirements into epics and user stories.
Comfortable working onsite and engaging face‑to‑face with clients and delivery teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience supporting healthcare IT solutions (EHR, clinical applications, or pediatric care systems).
