Senior Business Analyst (Change Management Focus)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in autonomous environments and can independently lead initiatives from discovery through implementation. This role requires a strong background in change management, business process transformation, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments. Extensive experience leading change initiatives and working with data-driven projects is essential.
This is a hybrid role, and regular onsite collaboration with business and technical teams is critical.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis efforts independently, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
- Analyze data sets to uncover insights, validate requirements, and support strategic decision-making
- Lead and support change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, impact assessments, communication strategies, and adoption planning
- Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and data specifications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and leadership
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive presentations
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise data strategy
We need your experience as follows:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant senior-level responsibility
- Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives with minimal direction
- Extensive experience leading or supporting enterprise-level change management initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in hybrid environments with regular onsite collaboration
- Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills
Plusses:
- Experience supporting accounting and/or finance functions
- Exposure to enterprise system implementations or large-scale transformation programs
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Change Management (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Prosci, etc.)
