Summary

The developer needs to have demonstrated experience building an autonomous agent (via Agentforce & Digital Engagement) that is patient (external) facing. The agent needs to connect to texting platform to interact with a patient via text. Additionally, the agent needs to be built into a Salesforce console for a contact center teammate
The developer ability to build Salesforce applications using OmniStudio. The application they would be working in is built using OmniStudio. It’s expected they’re more than familiar and very proficient in OmniStudio
Operate in a Forward Deployment Engineering delivery model. The delivery methodology will be a hybrid model between agile and forward deployment
Work directly with the BA and product owner
