Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Work with Agentforce to build AI-powered customer service workflows, bots, and automation.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities.
Build and optimize workflows, process builder flows, and automation tools.
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and deployment processes.
Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and Agentforce enhancements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, SOSL).
Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Einstein AI / Service AI tools.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
Experience with APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Understanding of CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Copado, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
