Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. This is a long-term contract position within the life insurance industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Configure Salesforce environments to align with organizational requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate system communication and data exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize the Salesforce platform for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Utilize Mulesoft development skills to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
Leverage Azure DevOps for version control, deployment, and continuous integration.
Implement omnichannel solutions to improve customer engagement and operational workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce APIs, and the Lightning Platform.
Hands-on experience with REST API design and SOAP APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce environments and platform optimization.
Familiarity with Mulesoft development and integration capabilities.
Experience with Azure DevOps for deployment and version control.
Ability to create omnichannel solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
