Description
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack C# .NET Engineer to join our team on a contract with the potential for a permanent position. Based in Ankeny, Iowa, this role is ideal for professionals with a strong focus on backend development and a passion for building robust API services and system integrations. The first year of this position will focus heavily on backend development, offering an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in Azure Cloud and SQL Server environments.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop backend services and APIs using C# to support system integrations and data validation.
Build and maintain secure connections to SQL Server databases, including creating tables, indexes, views, and running complex queries.
Implement and manage Azure pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
Collaborate on containerization strategies to improve scalability and application performance.
Utilize GitHub for code repository management, ensuring version control and collaboration.
Work on Azure Service Bus and Azure API Management to optimize cloud-based integrations.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of APIs to ensure reliability and functionality.
Participate in full stack development, with an eventual focus on front-end technologies.
Provide technical solutions for integrating various systems and databases.
Create detailed documentation for development processes and system configurations.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.
Proficiency in C# and .NET for building APIs and backend services.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including pipeline deployments and service management.
Expertise in SQL Server, including query writing, table creation, and database optimization.
Familiarity with containerization tools and practices.
Knowledge of GitHub for code management and version control.
Strong understanding of API development, testing, and integration.
Ability to transition into front-end development within the first year of employment.
