Summary

Description

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Business Analyst & Developer to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Epicor ERP ecosystem to optimize business processes and system functionality. This is a long-term contract position requiring a proactive approach to collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering tailored solutions to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department leaders to identify ERP system requirements and define strategic roadmaps.
Implement and configure Epicor modules, business process management tools, dashboards, and integrations.
Provide daily system support, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance system performance.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing configurations, managing user permissions, and maintaining test environments.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
Create and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs), BPMs, and other reporting tools.
Deliver user training, documentation, and process improvement strategies to ensure effective system utilization.
Analyze manufacturing workflows, supply chain operations, financial processes, and quality modules to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with teams to support change management efforts related to ERP enhancements.
Monitor system performance and apply updates and upgrades as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP systems (version 10 or higher).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Epicor-specific tools like BAQs and BPMs.
Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain management, finance, and quality control modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite Technologies and Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) is a plus.
Ability to deliver customized solutions and manage system integrations efficiently.
