Job Location: Princeton, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in designing end-to-end integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2).
  • Hands-on experience leading design, development, and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Expertise in designing integration patterns including synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and batch processing.
  • Experience building App-Driven Integrations, Scheduled Integrations, and Basic / Publish-Subscribe Integrations.
  • Strong experience developing REST and SOAP-based integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Hands-on experience configuring OIC adapters such as ERP Cloud, REST Adapter, FTP Adapter, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience designing and implementing orchestration, routing, transformations, and enrichment logic.
  • Strong expertise in data mappings using OIC mapper.
  • Experience handling complex transformations using XSLT, lookups, and enrich actions.
  • Experience implementing end-to-end error handling, fault policies, retries, and compensation logic.
  • Strong understanding of OIC activity stream, tracking fields, business identifiers, and OIC Insight / Tracking dashboards.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving runtime integration failures.
  • Experience with secure connectivity, certificates, OAuth tokens, and integration security policies.
  • Experience developing inbound and outbound file-based integrations using OIC FTP Adapter.
  • Experience with unit testing and supporting SIT/UAT cycles.
  • Experience migrating integrations across environments such as DEV, TEST, and PROD.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2).
  • Design scalable and resilient integration patterns including synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and batch-based integrations.
  • Establish canonical data models, transformation standards, and API design principles.
  • Design hybrid integrations across Oracle SaaS, on-premises systems, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Lead development of App-Driven, Scheduled, Basic, and Publish/Subscribe integrations.
  • Define standards for lookup usage, packages, reusable integrations, and adapters.
  • Guide teams on error handling, fault policies, retries, and compensation logic.
  • Build REST and SOAP-based integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Configure adapters including ERP Cloud, REST Adapter, FTP Adapter, ServiceNow, and related connectors.
  • Design and implement orchestration, routing, transformations, and enrichment logic.
  • Create and maintain data mappings using OIC mapper.
  • Handle complex transformations using XSLT, lookups, enrich actions, and null-handling logic.
  • Implement end-to-end error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
  • Configure activity stream, tracking fields, and business identifiers.
  • Monitor integrations using OIC Insight / Tracking dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve runtime integration issues.
  • Configure secure connectivity using OCI Streaming, VPN, or FastConnect as applicable.
  • Manage OIC security artifacts such as certificates, OAuth tokens, and integration security policies.
  • Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security and compliance standards.
  • Develop inbound and outbound file-based integrations using the OIC FTP Adapter.
  • Handle large files, batch processing, scheduling, file validation, archival, and purging.
  • Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles.
  • Prepare deployment artifacts and migrate integrations across environments.
  • Support deployment activities and post-deployment validation.
  • Create and maintain technical design documents (TDDs).
  • Document integration flows, mappings, endpoints, and error scenarios.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions and handover documentation to support teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, ERP teams, and downstream system owners.
  • Provide accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines.
  • Support release cycles, patches, and OIC upgrades.
  • Follow Oracle OIC best practices and enterprise integration standards.
  • Ensure reusability of integrations and adherence to naming and versioning standards.
  • Participate in design reviews and architecture governance forums.

Should Have:

  • Experience working with Oracle SaaS integrations.
  • Experience integrating with on-premises and third-party platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration governance and reusable integration frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
