Supply Chain Consulting Engagement Manager

You will drive and oversee strategic supply chain solutions using SAP IBP in Supply Chain across varied industries such as Life Sciences and Medical Device segments. You will focus on ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic business objectives and ensure value realization through the solutions implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver comprehensive project cycles from conception to completion, including budget, scope, and project risks.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly into client environments.
Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Drive innovation within supply chain processes through strategic use of SAP IBP platform leveraging industry best practices to enhance client competitive advantage.
Perform business discovery sessions, solution design, fit gap analysis, product implementation, site rollouts, enhancements, upgrades/migrations and life cycle management using SAP IBP.
Advocate and implement Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline project execution.
Analyze, design, and implement solutions using SAP IBP to meet planning and supply chain requirements.
Configure SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, both time series and order management, Inventory Planning, S&OP and Control Tower.
Develop and manage customizations, integrations, and workflows using SAP IBP technical tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP configurations or custom solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
Participate in the migration of SAP APO from on-premise to SAP IBP cloud.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for SAP IBP systems. Document and communicate all SAP IBP techno-functional aspects of design.
Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and understanding E2E technical data flows

Required Experience & Skills
Extensive consulting & project management experience with a focus on supply chain solutions in different industries, preferably in Life Sciences and Medical Device segments
12+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Expert in Supply Chain orchestrating end-to-end solution in client operations using SAP IBP Platform
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and supply chain management processes.
Expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP IBP.
Experience with SAP IBP integrations, including ERP systems, like S/4Hana, SAP ECC , or similar platforms.
Expert knowledge of the critical requirements for effective forecasting: establishing time horizons, determining the level of forecasting detail, Planning hierarchies, Statistical models
Facilitate workshops across with global planners and created SCM planning business process models. Design core processes by capturing fit, gap, organizational change impacts, high-level data design & roles.
Through understand of planning requirements for managing make-to-stock, make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and engineer-to-order manufacturing environments. SAP Master Data management related SAP IBP planning processes
Thro ugh understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) system technologies.
Capable of explaining the structure and logic of the S&OP process
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Working knowledge and understanding of CPI-DS & SDI (HANA cloud integration)
Working knowledge and experience with production planning & scheduling.
Exposure to IBP collaboration scenarios integration with SAP BPC, SAP Ariba, and other legacy systems.
