About
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale data conversion and cloud migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep experience driving enterprise-level programs, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, data, and architecture teams. This role requires excellent communication, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage complex technical programs end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale data migration initiative, specifically converting data from legacy systems into a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical architectures, ensuring scalable, secure, and cloud-native design principles.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and provide clear, concise program updates.
- Support Agile Scrum teams, leveraging JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, documentation, and governance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program-level risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Apply domain expertise in collections or recoveries to ensure data integrity, business logic accuracy, and compliance during migration.
- Demonstrate strong TPM capabilities including planning, execution, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to rapidly understand new systems and drive high-impact execution.
- Take full ownership of program outcomes, ensuring adherence to governance standards, delivery timelines, and quality expectations.
- Utilize cloud-native experience (AWS preferred) to support design, transformation, and operational readiness for migrated data.
- Foster strong collaboration across engineering, data, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and data services.
- Experience working with financial services or regulated environments.
- Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and data engineering workflows.

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary?for this position is between?$71,400 - $90,440 annually.? Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
