About the Role:
Job Title: Program Manager
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with strong technical depth, cloud-native experience, and proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure successful planning, design, migration, and delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed technical architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with cloud-native design best practices.
Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and timely program updates.
Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams, using JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, documentation, and governance activities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program and technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Apply domain expertise in collections or recoveries to ensure accurate implementation of business logic and data integrity during system migrations.
Demonstrate strong Technical Program Management (TPM) capabilities, including planning, execution, prioritization, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.
Drive discussions with product teams and ramp up quickly on new systems to deliver high-impact program outcomes.
Take full ownership of end-to-end program delivery, ensuring adherence to governance standards, quality checkpoints, and defined timelines.
Utilize cloud-native experience (AWS preferred) to support solution design, migration strategy, and operational readiness.
Exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively align engineering, product, and data partners.

Salary Range: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$90,000-95,000 annually]/[$50.00-54.00 per hour). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
