- This role involves leading large-scale data conversion initiatives, specifically migrating data.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed technical architectures, ensuring scalable, secure, and cloud-native design principles.
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders and collaboration with Agile Scrum teams are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale data conversion initiatives, specifically migrating data.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical architectures, ensuring scalable, secure, and cloud-native design principles.
- Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates.
- Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams, leveraging JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, documentation, and governance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bring domain expertise in collections or recoveries, ensuring business logic and data integrity are preserved during migration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong TPM capabilities, including planning, execution, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in data conversion initiatives.
- Knowledge of collections or recoveries domain.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Position Information
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$95,000 100,000 annually]/[$55-60 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
