Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce PRM (Partner Relationship Management) Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in designing, analyzing, and implementing Salesforce PRM solutions for partner ecosystems.
The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud / PRM, along with practical business analysis experience in Deal Registration, MDF (Market Development Funds), partner onboarding, partner program workflows, and channel sales operations.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, channel sales teams, product owners, and Salesforce technical teams to gather requirements, define partner-facing processes, and drive PRM solution enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a hands-on Business Analyst for Salesforce PRM / Channel Partner Management initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from partner operations, channel sales, and partner enablement teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand partner lifecycle processes and PRM pain points.
- Analyze and optimize partner portal workflows built on Salesforce PRM / Experience Cloud.
- Drive configuration and process improvements around:
- Partner Deal Registration
- Lead Distribution / Lead Management
- Partner Opportunity Collaboration
- MDF (Market Development Funds) request, approval, reimbursement tracking
- Partner onboarding and accreditation
- Partner tiering/program benefits
- Partner performance dashboards
- Work with Salesforce Admins/Developers to implement PRM enhancements and customizations.
- Participate in UAT, test case creation, defect validation, and release readiness.
- Ensure PRM business processes align with partner engagement goals and revenue growth strategies.
- Support integrations between PRM and Sales Cloud / ERP / marketing systems where applicable.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong Salesforce ecosystem exposure.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce PRM (Partner Relationship Management) experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Salesforce PRM portal implementations.
- Must have practical working experience in:
- Deal Registration workflows
- MDF / Market Development Funds management
- Partner onboarding & partner approval workflows
- Channel sales process mapping
- Partner lead/opportunity collaboration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, partner accounts, partner users, sharing model, approval workflows, and partner communities.

- Ability to work closely with technical teams for solution design and delivery.
