Position Summary:
The Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is a hybrid position that combines technical project execution, program-level coordination, and digital platform delivery within the financial services and investment domain. It involves leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex, customer-facing digital platform that supports the full lifecycle of investment solutions, including account opening, trading, portfolio analysis, transactions, and reporting, while integrating with multiple internal systems and data sources.

The role places strong emphasis on technical fluency and hands-on project leadership, requiring a solid understanding of web technologies, system architecture, APIs, and data dependencies. The TPM is responsible for managing multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking cross-team dependencies, and ensuring timely execution of roadmap deliverables using Agile methodologies. Experience with GenAI initiatives and defining performance metrics (KPIs) is also a key component, reflecting the organization’s focus on modern, data-driven solutions.

In addition to execution, the position requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as the TPM will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, UX/UI designers, and business leaders. The role involves facilitating alignment across teams, proactively identifying and escalating risks, and presenting progress, insights, and trade-offs to senior executives.

This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role requiring the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, drive accountability across teams, and deliver complex platform solutions in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

·         The Platform Solution Management team at Parametric:

·         We are responsible for defining and enabling cross-platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are products, services, or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to the PPA enterprise.

·         Sitting at the intersection of business, clients and technology, we collaborate with multiple teams to understand solution context and define the solution vision, intent, roadmap and capability set.

·         This team manages tracking and timely execution of the digital solution vision and roadmap the team has

·         We are seeking a highly organized, technically fluent Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead delivery across our digital platforms for financial advisors to evaluate, implement, and manage our bespoke investment solutions. This platform supports the full lifecycle—from solution discovery and portfolio transition analysis to account opening, transactions, and performance reporting—and integrates with multiple internal systems and databases. Internal personas are also users of this digital platform in helping to enhance and execute against the needs of clients throughout their journey with Parametric.

·         This role has overall accountability for the technical project delivery roadmap across all dependencies. The individual in this role will closely collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, UX Designers, business analysts, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to facilitate alignment, identify and track dependencies, establish and lead critical cross-functional team meetings, manage action items and owners, and establish a culture of accountability. Through their leadership in this project management role, they will help the team successfully execute its ambitious roadmap, and be accountable for accurately tracking delivery dates, escalating blockers promptly as needed to address risks as they arise, and assist in communicating roadmap status to senior stakeholders across the firm.

·         Has hands on exp work within GenAi (big initiative) and Metrics experience.

·         Banking Domain/Investment Domain exp.

·         Project Management Exp

·         Good Presentation Exp (will be presenting to executives)

·         Agile Exp

·         Agile Certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP

·         Customer Facing Digital Platform Exp

·         Digital Acct Openings, Trading & Transaction Platform, portfolio Analysis and Reporting Background

·         Stakeholder mgmt w/ Internal Client (Very Important)

·         Experience interacting with UX/UI Designers on their deliverables

·         Exp working on web tech and data dependencies
