Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our dynamic team supporting the LegalAI program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse and a proven ability to design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role operating at a mid-to-senior level and partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, platform teams, and enterprise architecture. Target start is June or July.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topic modeling, dialog orchestration, action invocation, fallback strategies, and controlled handoff patterns.

  • Own and implement end-to-end agent solutions spanning Teams experiences, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse data models, and enterprise system integrations.

  • Translate business workflows, regulatory constraints, and operational requirements into durable agent and automation designs, addressing functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows with orchestration logic, error handling, retries, and support for long-running operations.

  • Design and manage Dataverse data models to support agent state, case or session context, results, and auditability.

  • Define and apply integration patterns using standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs across internal and external systems.

  • Participate in design and solution reviews, identifying trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for standardization and reuse.

  • Establish reusable flow templates, agent patterns, and Dataverse conventions to improve consistency, scalability, and time-to-value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development, including orchestration and controlled handoff patterns.

  • Power Automate workflow orchestration and automation engineering with robust error handling and resiliency.

  • Dataverse data modeling, relationships, security roles, business rules, and auditability.

  • Enterprise integration patterns and API-based connectivity using standard and custom connectors and REST APIs.

  • Experience building production-grade Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate flows.

  • Ability to design end-to-end workflows that integrate multiple systems and persist durable state using Dataverse.

  • Low-code and pro-code hybrid solution design with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

  • Strong communication skills and partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with custom connector development patterns and structured payload design.

  • Experience influencing solution quality through standards, guidance, and design reviews without direct delivery ownership.
