Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Projects
    • Cash Management
    • Financial Reporting
  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations from discovery through deployment.
  • Analyze current business processes and conduct fit-gap analysis.
  • Design future-state business process flows aligned with Oracle Cloud Financials best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules based on business requirements.
  • Develop data mapping and legacy data conversion strategies.
  • Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and provide solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare functional documentation and support system configuration activities.

Key Deliverables

  1. Future State Business Process Flows (Oracle Standard Out-of-the-Box) based on current-state assessment.
  2. Functional Design Document (Application Design).
  3. Data Conversion Strategy.
  4. Inventory and Functional Specifications for Data Conversions and Integrations.
  5. Draft Configuration Documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Current State Assessment
    • Fit-Gap Analysis
    • Future State Process Design
    • Oracle Cloud Financials Configuration
  • Extensive experience in data mapping and legacy data conversion strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials architecture and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops and leading functional discussions.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment.
