Role: Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager leads the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects from initiation through implementation. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver results that align with business objectives.
What You'll Work On:
Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate and manage vendor activities, including tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
Recommend solutions to complex business and operational challenges and drive corrective actions when needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technologies, processes, or project management methodologies as applicable.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience collaborating with external vendors and third-party partners.
Knowledge of technology implementations, systems integrations, or business transformation initiatives.
Ability to serve as a subject matter expert within a specialized technical or functional area.
Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
