PM Operation Vendor

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a PM Operation Vendor to support our client, a multinational technology corporation.

Client: Multinational technology corporation

Terms: ~3 months to start, with potential to extend

Location: 100% Remote (US only). PST business hours preferred

Overview

Seeking an experienced PM Operations Vendor to support process management, policy execution, and resource coordination to improve team efficiency and agility.

Responsibilities

Manage operational tasks including cloud storage cleanup, quota management, security group access, and general resource administration.

Oversee team capacity and resource allocation (Cosmos, GPUs), adjust priorities based on quotas and policies, and support automation for efficiency.

Work independently to absorb unowned tasks and processes, improving the data science team's operational flow.

Coordinate with multiple teams to remove large volumes of outdated data from shared storage.

Communicate and enforce quota, security, and access policies with users.

Administer access to shared data through security groups and certificate management.

Document team processes, workflows, and policies

Requirements

2-4 years of experience

Experience with process management, Azure, creating Azure resources, SQL queries, and automating administrative tasks

Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Scripting or automation experience is a plus

2. Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills (2-4 years)

3. Scripting or automation experience (preferred)

Exposure to Azure, SQL, automation, or scripting (plus)

Operational collaboration with engineers and applied scientists

Resource and quota management across teams

Data cleanup and management for experimentation outputs

Monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and notifying stakeholders

Supporting experimentation coordination across teams using shared resources
