Program Manager Non Tech 2

Location: Redmond, Washington (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

The main function of this role is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for non-IT based projects. This position will support the Rhythm of Business (ROB) by managing calendars, preparing for executive-level meetings, and supporting special projects for the Executive Office team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, executing tasks quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development, maintenance, and execution of the team Rhythm of Business (ROB) calendar, including managing the inbox, calendar invites, and workback schedules for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate preparation for executive meetings, reviews, Steering Committees, and other business rhythms.
  • Maintain a cross-organizational ROB calendar view, ensuring all relevant events and key meetings are updated.
  • Work with business managers and administrative staff to ensure awareness of upcoming agendas and content preparedness.
  • Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of new agentic workflows.
  • Support special projects as directed by the Executive Office team.
Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

Experience: Candidates must have experience with executive-level engagement and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience with a large enterprise technology company is preferred but not required.
  • Curiosity about AI and a willingness to help develop and use CoPilot agents to complete administrative tasks.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $55.00 per hour. Please note that the availability of benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with our organization.
