Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI end-user tooling product from inception to delivery and beyond. This role is part of the AI End User Tooling organization and focuses on creating intelligent, AI-powered experiences that enhance the productivity of knowledge workers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product management expertise and AI fluency, with the ability to balance user value, technical feasibility, business outcomes, and responsible AI considerations.
Responsibilities: - Own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy to delivery, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft delightful end-user experiences.
- Make informed trade-offs across user value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, addressing risks such as hallucination, bias, privacy, and security.
- Drive alignment across partner teams and functions, influencing without authority.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring messages for various audiences, including senior leaders.
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership.
- Strong customer empathy and a habit of grounding decisions in user evidence.
- Fluency in modern AI models, including their capabilities, limitations, and failure modes.
- Experience with AI UX patterns such as chat, agents, copilots, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent tools for data exploration and analysis.
- Ability to design and interpret A/B tests and define meaningful product metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers and engineers, maintaining a high bar for quality and user experience.
- Experience in financial services or AI product organizations is a plus.

Pay Range: $55 - $60 an hour on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
