Senior Integrations Analyst

The Senior Integrations Analyst is a senior?level technical leader responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of system integrations between our customer’s internal platforms and third?party vendors. This role blends strategic vendor evaluation, detailed requirements analysis, and hands?on technical oversight to ensure integration solutions align with business objectives.

The analyst serves as the primary escalation point for integration issues, owns vendor relationships related to integrations, and ensures performance meets defined service levels. They maintain comprehensive documentation, establish and track KPIs, and collaborate closely with architecture, BI/data, security, and governance teams to drive scalable, secure, and high?performing integrations. This role also mentors junior integration analysts and continuously identifies opportunities to enhance integration capabilities and operational efficiency.
