Rate : $50/c2c or $45/w2 (All Inclusive)

Job Description:

Data Engineer Lead responsible for building and optimizing scalable data pipelines using DBT, Snowflake, and IBM DataStage, combining modern ELT and traditional ETL approaches. Leads data architecture, ensures data quality, and drives performance optimization while mentoring teams. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions for analytics and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and optimize scalable data pipelines using dbt, Snowflake, and DataStage.

· Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and complex SQL processes.

· Perform data integration, transformation, validation, and quality checks.

· Optimize data pipelines and Snowflake workloads for performance and scalability.

· Work in Unix/Linux environments for data processing and support.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions for analytics and business needs.

· Provide technical leadership and mentor data engineering team members.

Must-Have Skills:
