Work Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Home for dinner by 5:30 PM)

Position Summary:We are hiring a Lead System Installer to drive top-quality commercial installations, direct field crews, and mentor junior technicians on large equipment replacements across our commercial and industrial client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and drive top-quality commercial HVAC installation projects and large equipment replacements.
- Direct field crews on job sites and mentor junior technicians.
- Work on heavy mechanical installations, including packaged rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and associated ducting or piping systems.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Demonstrated experience leading commercial HVAC installation projects.
- Ability to direct field crews and mentor emerging trade technicians.
