Pay Rate: $80.00 - $92.59/hour

Ready to put your mechanical design expertise to work on cutting-edge automated test and measurement systems? We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support large-scale custom engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, test, and deploy innovative solutions for complex customer requirements.
Job Duties
- Develop requirements documents, specifications, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Design, model, prototype, and test mechanical components and systems
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and technical reviews
- Support deployment of automated test and measurement solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions
- Travel up to 25% as needed for project support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- 8+ years of mechanical design engineering experience
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (Creo preferred)
- Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical design principles
- Experience creating technical documentation and SOWs
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Experience with fixture/tool design, FMEA, root cause analysis, fabrication processes, or thermal/stress analysis is a plus
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements
