Hybrid 4 onsite in Maryland Heights, MO

Our client seeks a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional delivery, drive schedules, and maintain executive-ready reporting. The role will facilitate meetings, manage scope and risks, and ensure accurate status in Jira or Nexus while advancing milestones from definition through implementation.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $53.00 to $63.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, marketing, and vendor partners to align scope, hand-offs, and dependencies, including testing windows, deployment schedules, and data pulls.
  • Track status, dates, and risks by updating committed dates, executive status fields, and health indicators in Jira or Nexus. Monitor milestones, flag slips, and maintain hot topics and risk logs.
  • Run stand-ups, program reviews, and breakout sessions. Capture decisions and action items, assign owners, and follow through to closure.
  • Manage scope and escalations by assessing change impacts on schedule and resources. Escalate with clear options when budget, timeline, or partner triggers are met.
  • Prepare stakeholder reporting that highlights production release dates and business value milestones. Finalize and distribute updates ahead of executive reviews.
  • Own the project lifecycle from definition through implementation while meeting scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
  • Develop and manage project plans, drive milestones, and maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective change management, maintain documentation, status reports, and budgets.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Jira or Nexus for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
