Summary

Job Title: HRIS Analyst – ADP Vantage

📍 Location: Remote to USA Candidates
⏱ Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst with 2–4 years of ADP Vantage experience to support HRIS administration, configuration, reporting, security, timekeeping, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure ADP Vantage and related modules
Manage business rules, workflows, tables, fields, and organizational structures
Administer roles, permissions, security profiles, and user access
Develop and troubleshoot ADPR reports
Support Learning Management System (LMS) and timekeeping/pay rules
Troubleshoot system, data, access, and integration issues

Required Skills:

3–4 years HRIS experience
Strong hands-on ADP Vantage experience
ADPR reporting
HR/Payroll and employee data knowledge
HRIS configuration, security, testing, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and data-management skills
Advanced Excel skills preferred
Experience with HRIS integrations/file feeds is a plus
