Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst with three to four years of experience supporting ADP Vantage in a complex organizational environment. This individual will serve as an ADP Vantage generalist, supporting system configuration, security, reporting, learning management, timekeeping, data integrity, and day-to-day HRIS operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams. This is a contract position for someone who can quickly learn the organization’s environment, troubleshoot issues, and independently manage assigned configuration and support work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administration and support for ADP Vantage and its related modules.
- Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, tables, fields, organizational structures, and other system settings.
- Administer role-based security, user access, permissions, and security profiles.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using ADPR.
- Support the administration and configuration of the ADP learning management system.
- Support timekeeping configuration, including, pay rules, time codes, exceptions, and approval workflows.
- Investigate and resolve system, data, access, and integration issues.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Perform data audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks to maintain system accuracy and integrity.
- Support system enhancements, releases, testing cycles, and production deployments.
- Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, procedures, and user guides.
- Assist with recurring processes, data loads, interfaces, and other HRIS operational activities.
- Assist with data exports to enable data conversion to additional platforms and long-term data storage.
Required Qualifications
- Three to four years of hands-on HRIS experience, including substantial experience with ADP Vantage.
- Working knowledge of ADP Vantage configuration and administration.
- Experience with ADPR reporting.
- Experience administering system security, roles, permissions, and user access.
- Understanding of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes.
- Experience gathering requirements, testing system changes, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with employee and payroll-related data.
- Experience supporting ADP Vantage in a large or complex enterprise organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file feeds, data imports, and vendor interfaces.
- Experience participating in system upgrades, module implementations, or process-improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with HR data privacy, internal controls, and audit requirements.
