Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced o9 Configuration Led to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end supply chain planning solutions on the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP processes, IBPL development, solver configuration, data modeling, and system integrations. This role requires a blend of functional consulting, technical configuration, and delivery leadership skills to drive successful implementations, mentor configuration teams, engage with business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-performing planning solutions. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading o9 implementations from solution design through deployment and hyper care while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Functional Responsibilities
Design and implement Demand/Supply Planning solutions using the o9 platform
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure demand planning processes like Demand Forecasting, Demand Sensing, Forecast Consumption, Demand Prioritization or supply planning processes such as, Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define S&OP / IBP processes
Validate planning logic and ensure alignment with business expectations
Conduct UAT sessions and support business users during testing
Strong understanding of Demand Planning concepts, Forecasting techniques (statistical & ML-based) and S&OP / IBP processes and Strong understanding of Supply Planning concepts, Supply Network Design, Inventory and capacity management and multi-echelon supply chain planning
Knowledge of Forecast accuracy metrics (MAPE, Bias) and Demand hierarchy and segmentation and with Demand-Supply matching, Allocation and prioritization logic and Supply constraints and bottleneck handling.
Technical Responsibilities
Configure and customize o9 using IBPL (o9 scripting language), Procedures and action buttons and Data models and measures
Develop and support - Demand workflows, Alerts and exception handling and Work on Solver configuration and tuning, including Constraints (capacity, material, lead time), Objective functions, Netting logic and prioritization
Experience integrating o9 with SAP and other ERP platforms.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Python knowledge is preferred.
