Job Title: SharePoint Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to provide L3 operational support for enterprise collaboration platforms, including SharePoint (on-prem and online), OneDrive, and Teams. This role is focused on production support, platform stability, incident management, and infrastructure-level troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 operational support for SharePoint 2016, SharePoint SE, and SharePoint Online
- Support OneDrive for Business and Teams
- Handle production incidents, escalations, and problem management
- Execute approved production changes following ITIL processes
- Monitor system health using tools like Splunk, SCOM, and SiteScope
- Troubleshoot issues using PowerShell, logs, and system analysis
- Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and engineering teams
- Support integration with Power Platform and Power Automate (operations only)
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
What We re Looking For:
- 5+ years of SharePoint administration experience
- Strong PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, and SQL Server
- Experience with incidents, change, and problem management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Remedy
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, SCOM, SiteScope)
- Ability to work in high-pressure production environments
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
