Role Overview
We are seeking a candidate with experience in SAP, GIS, work order management, and cost elements. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of work orders, ensuring data integrity across multiple systems, and supporting various operational processes within the utility sector. The position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, modification, and completion of Plant Maintenance (PM) and Service Orders.
- Distinguish between Capital and O&M orders and handle the full work-order lifecycle.
- Perform GIS editing for gas utility assets using tools like ArcGIS and G-Viewer.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work orders to ensure the integrity of gas facility maps.
- Create and maintain gas facility equipment records and support equipment data accuracy.
- Process goods movements, monitor warehouse stock, and support material-related activities for work orders.
- Manage customer-related cases, service notifications, and support move-in/move-out requests.
- Maintain Master Data and Vendor Master Data, ensuring data quality and preventing duplicate records.
- Review project cost line items and support accurate cost and order-related data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project development, including creating workflows and training documents.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Proven experience with SAP, including modules for Plant Maintenance, Service Management, Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Experience with GIS editing and digitization, specifically with ArcGIS, G-Viewer, and Citrix.
- Knowledge of work order management, including distinguishing between capital and O&M orders.
- Familiarity with utility operations, including meter, leak, service, and main orders.
- Experience with quality assurance for work orders, including editing sketches and materials.
- Proficiency in using SAP transaction codes such as CIC0, IW31, IW32, and others related to equipment, orders, and notifications.
