Summary

Job Title: Planview Enterprise Architecture Support & Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

JobSummary:
Responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing the Planview Enterprise Architecture platform to meet enterprise architecture, portfolio management, and governance needs. This role provides user support, manages repository data, develops reports and dashboards, supports integrations, and works with stakeholders to implement and improve architecture capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Planview Enterprise Architecture modules, objects, attributes, and relationships
Provide day-to-day application support, issue resolution, and user assistance
Manage data imports, updates, validation, and repository quality
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and architecture views
Support lifecycle, standards, governance, and roadmap processes
Administer user access, roles, and platform settings
Assist with integrations and data exchange with related enterprise systems
Train users and support adoption of the platform
Document processes, configurations, and support procedures

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Experience supporting or implementing Planview Enterprise Architecture or similar EA tools
Understanding of business, application, data, and technology architecture concepts
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience with reporting, data management, and stakeholder support

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on Planview Enterprise Architecture administration experience
Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar frameworks
Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise data sources
Familiarity with application portfolio management and technology lifecycle management
