  • Coordinate with vendors, integrators, construction teams, engineering groups, and property management teams throughout project lifecycles.

  • Assist with OT/IT cybersecurity initiatives including network segmentation, secure remote access, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.

  • Review low-voltage drawings, technical documentation, implementation plans, and infrastructure standards.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, support remediation efforts, and maintain detailed technical documentation.

  • Travel to properties as needed to support implementations, assessments, upgrades, and operational initiatives.

  • Serve as a technical resource for stakeholders while balancing hands-on execution, project coordination, and vendor management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-10+ years of experience supporting infrastructure, networking, operational technology (OT), smart building technologies, or technology operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

  • Experience within commercial real estate, property technology, construction technology, building operations, industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, oil & gas, or other multi-site environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of smart building technologies including BAS/BMS, CCTV, access control systems, managed Wi-Fi, low-voltage infrastructure, and connected building environments.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise networking including switching, routing, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, redundancy, and failover technologies.

  • Understanding of OT/IT cybersecurity principles, network segmentation, secure remote access, vulnerability management, and infrastructure security best practices.
