ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Integration Lead / Data and Integrations Architect to take ownership of the enterprise integration landscape during a period of significant transformation. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting data integrations that connect ERP platforms, internal applications, customers, vendors, and financial institutions. The position combines deep hands on technical expertise with leadership and collaboration, serving as the primary integration subject matter expert across IT and the business.
In this role, you will lead integration architecture decisions, support ERP driven initiatives, stabilize and optimize existing integrations, and guide the organization toward modern, scalable integration patterns. You will work closely with ERP teams, application owners, finance, operations, and external partners to ensure secure and efficient data flows across the enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using API based, EDI, file based, event driven, and database driven approaches
• Lead ERP centric integrations, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and connected financial and operational systems
• Own architecture decisions for integration platforms and middleware, including Boomi AtomSphere or equivalent tools
• Lead EDI onboarding and support for customers and vendors using X12 documents such as 850, 860, 810, 855, and 856
• Manage B2B connectivity using AS2, SFTP, FTP, SMTP, and API based protocols
• Partner with cross functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver and support integrations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues while implementing long term corrective actions
• Establish documentation, runbooks, operational standards, and integration best practices
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reliability, and reduce technical debt
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 10 or more years of experience in data integration, EDI, and B2B connectivity roles
• Significant hands on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi AtomSphere
• Strong experience with API based integrations including REST, ODATA, JSON, and XML
• Proven knowledge of EDI standards supporting purchasing, logistics, and distribution processes
• Solid experience with SQL and relational database technologies
• Experience supporting full life cycle integration solutions from requirements through production support
• Ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience integrating ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Background in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure driven environments
• Prior experience as an Integration Architect, Lead, or Manager
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration patterns
• Experience mentoring or leading small technical teams
