Job Description:

Office & IT Support Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & IT Support Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our Phoenix facilities. This role serves as the on-site point of contact for both office operations and basic IT support, ensuring employees have a smooth and well-supported work environment.

You will partner closely with our remote IT team based in Texas to provide hands-on technical support, including new hire setup and troubleshooting, while also supporting office operations and employee coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys balancing structured tasks with hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities:

IT Support (On-Site & Coordination)

Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues

Act as the on-site "hands and eyes" for the remote IT team based in Texas

Support new hire technical onboarding, including device provisioning, workstation setup, and account access readiness for Day 1

Assist employees with login issues, system access, and general technical support

Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for installations, repairs, and maintenance

Help triage, escalate, and follow up on IT tickets to ensure timely resolution

Facilitate seamless meeting execution by managing setup of presentations, audio/visual equipment, and room seating arrangements.

Maintain and organize office technology, including laptops, peripherals, and shared equipment

Office Operations & Administrative Support.

Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering

Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and office events

Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and facility-related needs

Handle incoming mail, packages, and general office coordination

Maintain an organized, clean, and functional office environment

Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

People Operations Support (HR Coordination)

Support employee onboarding logistics in partnership with HR (scheduling, coordination, and Day 1 readiness)

Assist with internal communication and coordination of training or company initiatives

Provide general support to employees by helping route HR-related questions to the appropriate resources

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Requirements

Required

1-2 years of experience in office administration, IT support, or a related role

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize across different types of work

Basic technical troubleshooting ability (Windows/Mac, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in a help desk or IT support environment

Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)

Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar tools

Experience managing data or reports in Excel or similar systems

Interest in growing within IT support or operations
