Description:

The Monetization team builds customer-facing experiences that power product advertising within large-scale mobile applications. These components-such as Product Listing Ads, Targeted Onsite Ads, and Coupon Ads-enable brands to promote products while generating additional revenue streams.

We operate as a cross-functional, Agile team, collaborating with other experience and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that reach millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS features supporting monetization experiences, including Product Listing Ads, Targeted Ads, and Coupon Ads.
• Build scalable, performant, and accessible UI components that deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams to translate business and user requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Implement modern iOS architecture patterns and use dependency injection to ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and promoting best practices around performance, security, and reusability.
• Monitor and optimize app performance, focusing on load times, rendering efficiency, and user interaction flows for monetization features.
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including estimation, planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support experimentation, iteration, and continuous enhancement based on user insights and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Expert-level knowledge of:

• iOS & iPadOS SDKs
• Swift
• SwiftUI
• UIKit
• Concurrency in iOS
• Unit testing frameworks and best practices
• Accessibility standards and implementation for iOS
• Dependency Injection
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (code structure, reusability, design patterns)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
