Job DescriptionYou will be a Systems Engineer, System Integration & Test, Staff for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) - F-22 System Integration & Test (SI&T) team which is responsible for delivering mission-critical system capability integration, maturation, and regression testing across all F-22 modernization efforts.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Systems Engineer, System Integration & Test, Staff you will be responsible for providing system-level functional test and integration expertise while supporting key programmatic roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as Control Account Manager for assigned work packages, tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics to meet program objectives.
- Serve as Deputy Product Line Owner, collaborating with product-line leadership to prioritize features, manage backlog items, and align development efforts with strategic goals.
- Lead proposal development as Proposal Lead, coordinating technical content, cost estimates, and schedule inputs for capture opportunities.
- Facilitate agile delivery as Release Train Engineer, organizing PI Planning events, managing release calendars, and removing impediments to maintain a steady flow of deliverables.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM / technical discipline
Previous experience as a CAM/using EVMS tools and strategies
Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes
Experience in developing and executing technical plans.
Desired skills Possess F-22 clearance
Systems Engineering development and integration experience.
Experience with integration of Mission Systems capabilities on aircraft platform(s).
Experienced working with IFG engineering teams, such as System Design or Software
Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral, with senior level management and internal/external customers

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
