Job DescriptionYou will be the Weapons Integration Engineer Stafff - Level 4 for the F-35 Weapons Integration Team which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge air-to-air weapon capabilities to the world's most advanced fighter.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Weapons Integration Engineer Stafff - Level 4 you will be responsible for designing, testing, and certifying weapon systems that empower pilots to dominate the skies. You will work hand-in-hand with vendors, program managers, and flight test crews to ensure every integration meets the highest standards of performance and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:- Develop system design, test, and certification plans for a variety of air-to-air weapons.
- Execute integration and flight-test activities, analyzing results and driving corrective actions.
- Assess design changes, identify safety risks, and provide technical mitigation strategies.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and test reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure schedule adherence.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM discipline.
-Experience in weapons design, development, testing, and integration.
-Experience interfacing with DoD Customers and suppliers

-Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and driving collaboration with cross-functional teams

-Experience managing prioritize tasks, and driving program execution.
-Experience working with weapon assets.
-Experience supporting Flight Test
-Experience supporting aircraft and mission system integration test, including the development of testing plans.
-Experience with Interface Control Documents (ICD) development
-Experience developing BOE's.
-Experience developing Weapons CONOPS
-Understanding of FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Root Cause Corrective Action.
-Ability to travel domestic and international.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
