Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI/ML and Generative AI products, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on Conversational AI, LLM-powered applications, or intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background combined with hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies, cloud AI platforms, Agile methodologies, and healthcare-related products or environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Define product vision and translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and AI product performance.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and product specifications.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science/ML, UX/UI, QA, and Business teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Facilitate and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive development of Conversational AI, LLM-powered applications, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Work with cloud-based AI platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Vertex AI, CCAI (Contact Center AI), or equivalent AI/cloud technologies.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, success metrics, quality metrics, and performance indicators.
• Use AI evaluation results, quality data, user feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new AI use cases and prioritize opportunities based on business impact.
• Ensure AI products meet applicable security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly within healthcare environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
• Strong experience with AI/ML products
• Experience with Generative AI / LLM-powered products
• Experience with Conversational AI is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Product Roadmaps, Backlog Management, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, CCAI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms
• Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience MUST HAVE
• Experience working in a regulated environment is highly desirable
