Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Agile Collaboration & Story Grooming: Partner closely with the SOI and Pega engineering teams. Translate data requirements into technical user stories, manage the data backlog, and lead grooming sessions to ensure smooth data integration into Pega.
Data Quality & Issue Resolution: Serve as the first line of defense for data integrity. Monitor ongoing data quality, investigate anomalies when stakeholders raise questions, and triage data defects.
Analytics & Query Support: Support the business and SOI teams with basic data analytics. Write queries to pull sample data, size opportunities, and answer ad-hoc questions about data availability and behavior.
Data Library & Governance: Build and maintain the centralized data library (data dictionary/catalog). Ensure all Pega data elements are properly defined, tagged, and documented for cross-functional use.

Required Experience
3–5+ years in Data Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or Data Product Ownership.
Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, specifically writing and grooming technical user stories for data engineering or CRM teams.
Demonstrated experience establishing data quality checks and investigating data discrepancies.
Background in creating data dictionaries, data lineage documentation, or working within data governance frameworks

Required Skills:

Technical / Analytical: Proficiency in SQL to query complex databases, profile new data, and answer basic analytics questions.

Familiarity with basic BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
Agile Tools: Expert in Jira for managing backlogs and writing stories.
