  • Configure and support LAN/WAN environments including VLANs, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Maintain and support network segmentation configurations, including VLAN restructuring and switch-port ACL deployment
  • Work with network Access Control Lists (ACLs) and security controls across enterprise environments
  • Support audit-driven segmentation and compliance initiatives in partnership with Security Architecture and audit teams
  • Monitor and optimize WiFi and campus network environments across U.S. locations
  • Troubleshoot cross-border routing issues, latency anomalies, and end-to-end connectivity paths
  • Collaborate with Data Center build teams and global network engineering teams
  • Provide support for complex network incidents and act as an escalation point when needed
  • Maintain accurate network documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
  • Participate in after-hours work and on-call rotations for deployments and production changes
Required Skills:
  • 3-7 years of experience in network engineering, network support, or network operations roles
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (switching, routing, VLANs)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN environments
  • Experience working with network ACLs and security controls
  • Exposure to WAN technologies, including routing, failover, and performance optimization
  • Experience supporting network segmentation and/or security-driven initiatives
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and core networking services
  • Ability to perform hands-on onsite infrastructure work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes, standards, and controls
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
  • Exposure to SD-WAN, WiFi/campus networks, or WAN optimization technologies
  • Experience supporting audit or compliance-driven environments
  • Knowledge of VoIP / voice networking technologies
  • Cisco or network/security certifications (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
  • Experience working in multi-site enterprise environments
