Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a senior IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to support and coordinate day-to-day infrastructure operations across the U.S. region within a global enterprise environment.
This role will serve as the central U.S. coordination point for infrastructure requests, working closely with global delivery teams to ensure efficient execution, strong communication, and alignment with regulatory and operational expectations.
This is not a traditional Project Manager role. Instead, this position requires a hands-on service delivery and coordination leader who can drive infrastructure initiatives forward, manage competing priorities, and ensure execution across multiple teams without owning formal PMO processes such as budgeting or full lifecycle project governance.
The position sits at the intersection of Infrastructure, Service Management, PMO coordination, and Audit/Regulatory support, requiring both technical fluency and strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, ensuring proper triage, prioritization, and alignment with global teams
Coordinate and help drive delivery of infrastructure initiatives across servers, networks, storage, and data center services
Act as a central point of coordination across distributed teams, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution
Support service management activities for globally delivered infrastructure services, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory and risk standards
Assist in the coordination and resolution of high severity (P1/P2) incidents, including escalation and cross-team communication
Drive clear and timely communication to business and technical stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, and operational impacts
Partner with internal teams to support IT audits, including documentation gathering, evidence collection, and response coordination
Monitor service performance and help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Collaborate across Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, and PMO teams to support ongoing delivery and strategic initiatives
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Service Management roles
Strong understanding of infrastructure domains including servers, networks, storage, and data centers
Proven ability to drive execution and coordinate delivery across multiple teams in a complex environment
Experience working within a global delivery model with distributed teams
Ability to work under tight timelines and competing priorities
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to collect, clean, and format data from multiple sources to generate clear, actionable insights
Proven ability to create and deliver clear, executive-ready presentations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or compliance-driven environments (financial services strongly preferred)
Background in incident management, problem management, or ITIL-based service delivery frameworks
Experience leading cross-functional remediation efforts
Experience managing audits and driving regulatory compliance initiatives
Prior experience in a technical PM, delivery lead, or service delivery manager capacity within infrastructure environments
