Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services / Business Applications Operations Lead to oversee enterprise business applications and managed services delivery across Life Sciences Commercial, Quality, R&D, and Corporate functions.

The role requires strong Veeva Vault expertise, managed services leadership, GxP compliance knowledge, and client-facing delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Veeva Vault applications.
  • Manage platforms across Commercial, Quality, and R&D, including PromoMats, MedComms, CRM, QualityDocs, QMS, Training, CTMS, eTMF, and RIM.
  • Define scalable application architecture and implementation strategies.
  • Oversee managed services operations, ticketing workflows, SLAs, support models, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead global onshore/offshore delivery teams and manage client engagements.
  • Support corporate applications across Legal, Finance, and Training functions.
  • Drive operational improvements using Jira and enterprise governance processes.
  • Ensure GxP compliance, validation documentation, traceability, UAT, PQ, and audit readiness.
  • Support business development, opportunity scoping, project estimation, and SOW development.
  • Mentor consultants, business analysts, and technical delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Life Sciences consulting, business analysis, or Veeva Vault implementation.
  • Deep expertise across Veeva Vault Commercial, Quality, and R&D modules.
  • Strong understanding of GxP validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and global delivery teams.
  • Proven managed services delivery and client stakeholder management experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Technical Expertise
  • Veeva: PromoMats, MedComms, CRM, QualityDocs, QMS, Training, CTMS, eTMF, RIM.
  • Managed Services: SLA Management, Ticketing, Application Support, Operational Governance.
  • Compliance: GxP, Validation, UAT, PQ, Traceability, Audit Readiness.
  • Enterprise Applications: Jira, Coupa, Agiloft, Salesforce CRM, NetSuite.

Preferred: Veeva Vault System Administrator certification, Agile/Jira experience, and exposure to AI/GenAI use cases in Life Sciences.
