Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise delivery tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience delivering Salesforce programs.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant ConsultantArchitect certifications preferred.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent projectprogram management certification preferred.
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in banking, financial services, payments, or another highly regulated environment is a strong advantage.
