Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs.

·         8+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce program delivery experience.

·         Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.

·         Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and LWC.

·         Experience managing complex Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.

·         Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.

·         Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-platform integrations/dependencies.

·         Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise tools.

·         Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

·         Experience with risk, issue, dependency, financial, and resource management.
