Summary

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Product Lead to play a critical leadership role in a large-scale technology and business transformation initiative within a complex global organization.

This is a VP-level leadership opportunity for someone who can operate at the intersection of product, technology, engineering, and enterprise strategy. The individual will be responsible for translating business priorities into scalable technology capabilities while helping establish a stronger internal product and engineering organization.

A significant component of this role will be leading and developing a team of approximately 7-10 product engineers while helping transition key technology capabilities that have historically relied heavily on external contractors toward greater internal ownership and expertise.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and drive enterprise product strategy, translating organizational priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and scalable product capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 7-10 product engineers, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and strong product-development practices.
  • Lead the initiative to build greater in-house product and engineering capability, reducing dependency on contractor-led delivery while ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as a critical bridge between technology and the broader global organization, translating complex technical concepts into clear business implications and ensuring business priorities are understood by technical teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, business leaders, and other senior stakeholders to align product strategy with technical execution.
  • Provide leadership around internally developed applications and enterprise platforms, with the ability to understand how systems have been built, how they operate, and how they should evolve.
  • Establish and execute product roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes, adoption, scalability, efficiency, and long-term value.
  • Lead product discovery and validation efforts to identify high-value business problems and determine the right technology solutions.
  • Develop and champion business cases for major initiatives, including ROI, investment requirements, risks, priorities, and measurable success criteria.
  • Establish product-development standards, prioritization frameworks, governance, and decision-making processes.
  • Define and monitor KPIs around product adoption, business value, operational efficiency, and capability reuse.
  • Remain hands-on enough to challenge assumptions, remove roadblocks, refine requirements, and help teams navigate complex delivery issues.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI and modern product-development practices, and identify where they can create meaningful business value.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive product management/product leadership experience, ideally within complex, global, or highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience operating at a VP, Head of Product, Enterprise Product Lead, or comparable leadership level.
  • Demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading high-performing product and/or engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern application development, enterprise architecture, software engineering, and the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading or overseeing internally developed applications or platforms and the ability to speak credibly about how those solutions were designed, built, scaled, and supported.
  • Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into product roadmaps and executable technology initiatives.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience developing and defending business cases and making value-based investment decisions.
  • Experience leading significant technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Working knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and their application within modern product environments.
