The Project Coordinator for the Offender-Based Information System (OBIS) Modernization Program Governance and Controls Workstream supports the effective oversight, compliance, and operational discipline of program activities. This role ensures alignment with Project Management Office (PMO) standards and regulatory requirements, maintains accurate project data and documentation, administers project management tools, and provides ongoing support to project managers and program leadership. The coordinator contributes to high-quality governance by conducting detailed analyses, providing structured reporting, ensuring adherence to processes, and providing strong organizational support.

Validate program adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance expectations

Document non-compliance findings, recommend corrective actions, and support follow-up actions.

Compile, track, and analyze program and project metrics, including performance outcomes, cost data, service levels, and process adherence.

Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to program leadership; and

Support continuous improvement efforts using data-driven observations.

Serve as a resource for project and program managers by providing guidance on project management best practices, documentation standards, and process improvements

Assist in preparing program materials, schedules, action logs, and support documentation needed for governance meetings or leadership reviews

Help ensure consistent application of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)-aligned project management practices across the workstream.

Provide administrative and logistical assistance to project managers and program leaders, including documentation preparation, meeting coordination, and recordkeeping and Support the creation, tracking, and publishing of program artifacts, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.

Ensure project control mechanisms are in place, including tracking of scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Integrate project-level data into centralized repositories or dashboards to support program decision- making

Maintain quality and accuracy of program data across systems.

Administer and maintain project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet) used across the program.

Create and maintain templates, workflows, dashboards, and automated reporting features

Provide end-user support and help troubleshoot tool-related issues.

Organize, maintain, version, and publish project-related documentation across platforms such as shared drives, SharePoint, or document management systems.

Ensure documentation structure, naming conventions, and access rights follow PMO standards

Support knowledge transfer efforts across the program team.
