Title: Senior IT Project Manager / Program-Level Delivery Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a senior IT Project Manager with program-level experience to lead complex, enterprise initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional project execution—owning delivery across multiple workstreams, driving PMO governance, and influencing program strategy, integrated planning, and risk management.
Ideal for candidates who have operated as a Project Manager but think and execute at a Program Manager level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of large-scale, enterprise IT initiatives across multiple parallel workstreams
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Drive program-level coordination, including integrated roadmaps, dependencies, and cross-team alignment
- Oversee vendor/SI performance, ensuring adherence to delivery milestones, SLAs, and quality standards
- Build and manage integrated project/program schedules (IMS), including critical path and dependency mapping
- Establish and enforce PMO governance, reporting cadence, and documentation standards
- Lead RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) across projects and escalate as needed
- Partner with business and technical leadership to align delivery with strategic objectives
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates
- Support organizational readiness, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to overall program delivery maturity
Required Skills & Experience:
- PMP Certification (required)
- 5–10+ years of IT Project Management experience (enterprise-scale environments)
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Strong background in PMO governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
- Hands-on experience with project/program planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera, etc.)
- Deep experience with risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID)
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams (business + technical)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating meetings, driving decisions, and maintaining delivery momentum
Preferred (Program-Level) Experience:
- Experience operating at Program Manager / PMO Lead level
- Managing multiple concurrent projects or portfolios
- Building and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Experience with enterprise governance, controls, and reporting structures
- Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery experience
- Change Management (Prosci) or ITIL certifications
- Experience in large, regulated, or government environments
- Tools: ServiceNow, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
